Biltmore Colony

Biltmore Colony is a newer, popular Palm Springs, CA residential community with a storied history and colorful past. The Biltmore Hotel, which opened in 1948, was a Palm Springs landmark and trendy destination for many years. In 2003, fifty-five years after opening, the Biltmore Hotel was demolished.

Today, in its place, stands Biltmore Colony, established in 2005, offering a modern residential community of condominiums and single-family detached residences.

The Biltmore Colony offers community pools and spas, an exercise facility, community areas with kitchens, barbecues, fire pits, and desert landscaping. These condos are also on FEE land (no lease) and many include garages, which is sometimes difficult to find in popular South Palm Springs.
