Vistas Las Palmas

Vista Las Palmas, established in the late 1950s, achieved immediate cachet by being built just to the west of one of Palm Springs, CA’s most classic neighborhoods, which today is called “Old Las Palmas”. Celebrities in the 1950s and 1960s frequently used Vista Las Palmas as their desert retreat. Celebrities who once lived and played in Vista Las Palmas include Marilyn Monroe, Dean Martin, Peter Lawford, Debbie Reynolds, Joan Collins, Kirk Douglas, George Hamilton, and Dinah Shore, just to name a few. Vistas Las Palmas was also the stomping grounds of the “Rat Pack”, Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis, Jr., and Dean Martin. Elvis and Priscilla Presley spent their honeymoon at a luxurious home in Vista Las Palmas

Today, Vistas Las Palmas has become a symbol of Mid-Century Modern design for the distinctive homeowner who wants the relaxed style of the desert. The Vista Las Palmas community is located just minutes from famous downtown Palm Springs.
