Estates at Desert Springs
Estates at Desert Springs is a gated enclave of custom homes and lots located on the grounds of the world-famous Desert Springs Marriott Resort, in Palm Desert, CA. With a special focus on privacy, this upscale community of 34 homes not only offers mountain and fairway views but also presents the opportunity for homeowners to join the exclusive Estates at Desert Springs Marriott Resident Membership Program.
Through this unique membership, homeowners and guests are treated as VIPs at the Desert Springs Marriott Resort. Members are extended play on either of the two Marriott Desert Springs’ Ted Robinson-designed championship golf courses, have unlimited use of the Lawn and Tennis Club, have access to a line of credit for dining and shopping within the Resort and have access to the Resort’s 27,000 sq. ft. European Health Spa.
In addition, all homeowners have access to the Resort’s room service, housekeeping, concierge services, limousine transportation, and other convenient, resort-style services.
