Dorothy Rocke is Brad Schmett Real Estate Group’s Transaction Coordinator and a licensed California salesperson. Her primary responsibility is managing and monitoring the real estate transaction process through interfacing with real estate professionals, clients, escrow companies, mortgage brokers and banks. Dorothy maintains all transaction files and production, coordination and processing of all information and documents pertaining to the sale/purchase and escrow of each property. She enjoys working with each individual real estate client to insure that they have a positive end result with every “T” crossed and “I” dotted.
With an extensive background in several aspects of mortgage and real estate transactions, Dorothy is an expert at organizing and facilitating the complex paperwork involved with real estate transactions.
