Gina Nestande

Gina Nestande was born and raised in St. Louis Missouri. After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri she transferred to the University of San Diego to pursue a Master’s Degree in Business. Ultimately, Gina relocated to the beautiful Palm Springs area where she has raised her five children. Over these past 20 plus years, Gina has been very active in the community and was elected to the Palm Desert City Council in 2016 and continues to serve on the Council.

Gina has held a State of California Real Estate Broker’s license for over 16 years. She brings hands-on experience and unique expertise in understanding the different aspects and nuances of each community that comprise the Desert Cities area. An expert communicator and negotiator, Gina always streamlines the home hunting and purchasing process for her clients, paving the way for a successful transaction, meanwhile maximizing her client’s investment dollar.
